I am unsure as to how much volume you are looking at and whether you plan to take delivery, but i think MF Global do have copper futures. Maybe you can give them a ring to find out more.
LME-SGX Metal Futures Set for Launch on 15 February 2011
On 11 November 2010, SGX and the London Metal Exchange (LME) jointly announced that they will launch three new metal contracts on SGX on 15 February 2011. The three metal contracts are copper, aluminium and zinc futures. These new contracts will enable Asian investors gain exposure to metal prices through SGX’s wide distribution network of international and regional members.
