My friend told me that in US , if the stock prices is lower then US1 for six month , the stock will be automatic delisted / remove from the stcok exchange , can i check is this statement is true ?

Hope all the bro or sis here who know can give some detail or comments.

  		yes, it's true. However, in this time of bad times, NYSE has allowed those stocks less than US1 to continue listed. Not sure how long it will be.
