  		based on FV (future value) of earnings projected and you discount back using the DDM (discount dividend model since Keppel T&T pays out dividend) and you use your own margin of safety, you can know when it's buy price is. Then you compare to its historical charts to see where the strong support level is.

take note there is some level of assumption here in projected earnings. You can assume say for example in this industry, the projected EPS growth rate is 10% (if not sure, have keppel T&T analyst reports from different brokerage houses. They will state what is their annualized EPS growth rate). Use spreadsheet modelling (as what some analysts do) for easier practice.
