  		Hi, guys or gals here! I'm the manager of Rave East Devil.

Now, my team will get promoted to DIV4 from Div5 next season. I get my team on Div4 last season but without any experience my team was drop into Div5. After a season,I hv learn some valuable experiece there.

Now, the final stage is to make a decision that ensure my team can survive in the DIV4 next season.

So, i would like U all to give me ur valuable suggestions and experiences about the decision(Plan A and Plan b) I make later.

After minus all the expenses and i would hv around 300-400 prize money from promotion.

Plan A
Is is wise i use all my money to expand my stadium ?

-My stadium capacity now is 10K.

Plan B
Use all the money to buy some young and good player for the coming season.

-I hv bought some young and talent player. A new GK with SOLID skill.

-I juz need three player now which is a Forward, Central Defender and Winger.

Which plan do u thinks is more suitable for my club.

  		androsjy: what type of coach do u have ? if u have a solid coach that will be gd. if not try to get 1.
As for ur question, try to expand ur stadium, i think 10k stadium will be too small for u to earn at DIv4 .

  		I hv an idea... how bout we all create an organization by our own about the training program...

But 1st of all, we muz hv a solid coach be4 we launch this program......any it depends on the club wealth...in order to get a solid coach.... i muz pay around 1 million...
it'z 2 expensive... for a club juz getting promotion.....

we can delay this program until all of us get a solid coach....

My idea is (anyone of us here, use 1 kind of any training program for whole long season and then we can trade our player within us ,k)

example: i will training my player in coming season with defending.... then i will sell some of the young player ....

and any 1 of u juz train ur team with others training method in the coming long season.......

then after some period we traede our player within ourself..

IZIT work? or do u guys hv an idea......
