As there are many instances in the past and possibly in future where the founder/ leader of a team may be inactive for one reason or another, I would like to suggest the incorporation of a vice-captain (appointed by the leader) empowered with the authority to promote/ demote/ remove any other team member, not including the leader of course.  This will ensure that the team will continue to remain functional and vibrant in the long term.

The co-leaders now have no authority to perform the functions that I've mentioned.
I'm suggesting the incorporation of one vice-captain per team who will have.
