2. My thread has been up for almost a week without much views and support. Is it ok if I move it to Gossip Corner temporarily?
3. It is almost an impossible task for aspiring teams to go against the big guns in terms of "recruitment". Is there any way to motivate teams' growth?
e.g. Restrict membership to deserving ones to fight for and keep their place in the respective teams, auto-remove non-active members after a certain period of inactivity determined by admins/mods, enable easier merging function of smaller teams with respective leaders' consent, i.e. move all members instead of one by one removing - disbanding - rejoining.
The showcase of Top 50 in each team is a great practice already put in place. Focus is on Quality over Quantity. I'm sure many leaders would agree with me there's no point having a considerably huge squad with largely inactive members.
Hope we can see some new ideas being implemented to make TC Teams a more level playing field. Thank you for your valuable time reading. Feel free to comment / add ideas from other leaders/members.

I’ve shifted your thread to GC and pinned it up as a note so that it’ll not be scrolled down onto the second page I’m not well-versed with the technical stuffs that you’ve mentioned. Will let other admins assist you with those.
In principle, I do agree with you on the level playing field part. I would propose to webmaster to set a limit on the total number of team members.
