Hi all! Are you ready for another Keno tutorial? Today, I’ll be introducing the Up/Tie/Down game type.

The Up/Tie/Down game type is also played through the official 20 number balls drawn where more than ten of the numbers falls in a specific numeric range.

Confused? Don’t worry; I’ll be explaining it as simple as possible below.
Basically, number on the balls drawn that falls in the 01-40 range is known as UP.
While, number on the balls drawn that falls in the 41-80 range is known as DOWN.

For example the official 20 number balls drawn are 07 09 11 15 20 21 22 23 26 29 30 31 33 36 49 52 55 60 67 76 (Blue being the “UP” number and Red representing the “Down” number). As counted, there are a total of 14 “UP” numbers and 6 “DOWN” numbers. Therefore, you will win the bet if you have placed your bet on the “UP” selection as the total number of “UP” number exceeds the “DOWN” ones.

On the other hand, you will win your bet when you place it on the “DOWN” selection, and the official results drawn are 03 07 09 15 23 30 33 35 37 41 44 47 49 51 56 60 63 69 73 76. There are a total of 9 number balls which falls under the “UP” category and 11 number balls which falls under “DOWN” category; this means that there are more “DOWN” number balls compared to the “UP” number balls.

A Tie refers to 10 “UP” and 10 “DOWN” numbers.

You can find the “Up/Tie/Down” game type in red box highlighted in the image below.

Until then, see you in the next tutorial session!
