  		After research, found that there is a new change "open bets cannot be deleted once place more than 2 hours"

Can admin help to delete all my open bets cos i never notice got such change, pardon me.

  		yes this is a new implementation to prevent people from changing their bets too often. We have since changed it to 12 hours.

We feel 12 hours is enough time to change your mind. In the real world there is simply no changing of bets.

You cannot use real world to compare, cos in the first place you are allowing us to change bet at anytime, but had changed it 2 days ago without any notice.

Talk about real world, after you bet team A to give HDP, you still can place bet on team B to eat HDP at the very last minute, you just need to place more $$ to cover what you had placed on team A, agree?
Or you can increase your bet on team A at last minute, similar as changing small bet to big, agree?

The main reason behind us to switch bets or change bet, simply because we'd seen the starting lineup before the match start one hour before kick off.

Anyway if you are insisted that you are concrete right, then let it be, we have no said here.

Based on your suggestion, we are now back to cancelling at any time, but there will be a 10% Stake Penalty. i.e. Cancellation of a big bet will cost AB$10,000
