Today was a rainy day...... The downpour was heavy in the morning. Pitch is good cos it is made of artificial grass.
Game today was against Team White.
Team White Kicks off first half. They string in a few attacks through the centre and almost clinch a goal or 2 through their attacking plays.
Sharks begins the game under pressure..... After 20 mins, Sharks finds a break through...... Asis a newcomer who represents ABFC for teh first time took a shot and the ball was miskick resulting in a easy takeout by August... the current Team's marksman.
Nearing the end of the first halt, a set piece, started by Gunning finish with a string of passes sees Ahmad breaks through the heart of Team White's defence and he unleash a shot..........But it strikes the post and August just ran in and tap the ball in with the Simplest Tap.
Sharks leads 2 by goals, All thanks to August.
2nd half, was an experiment half, Woonie and Rico who had been placed for the first time together tries to get to each other without Bala. Defence was doing a great job keeping the ball out and Ahmad which never been tried in the Left Mid was a newfound asset on the Left Side.
Today some indeed show that a squad rotation can be adopted if the call requires for it.......Its Truly Augustine's Day as he maintain his "One Shot One Goal" striking Form.
Our Major takeaway for today's Game is not enough Shots....... Hope we can work on it in the next game.
