So, better recognise who are the big fish, if you are a small fish.
4D and Toto, of course, the number operators are the big fishes. In fact, they are "licensed Scammers,"
because the odd of 4D winning is 10,000 to 1, but payout odd is only a few thousands. The rest, eat,legally.
If you bet $1 on a number in roulette, odd 1 to 37, you get $35 if you win. That is not bad at least.
