1.)Go youtube.com and copy paste 穷人如何致富？ How The Poor Can Become rich.
There are total 3 parts and i find it quite useful.

It covers some of the mindset of the rich and successful people, gearing, leveraging n money management skills.


2.) Go microsoft website download microsoft money it is free..........good for doing budgeting, forcasting cashflow, calculation of networth , retirements needs....etc.
Personally i look at it as a game......you may call it a (i want to be a millionaire game)....some probably complete it at age mid 20s,30,40,50 or never ever in their whole lifetime because of some misjudgements in their earlier business projects or financial investments....it doesn't matter.What matter most....is the journey, the ups and downs of the journey...or at least b4 you die you know you have tried and give in your best ....今 生 无 悔.


3.) Everytime you fall...and felt sibei lost form, try watching this video to pick yourself up again and cheong again.

By the time you hit 50s , with frugal savings and continuous employment you should have at least a hdb/condo fully paid, rent out your unit...with that $ go to country like malaysia, thailand or china and live life at a slower pace. Go for your dreams....doing things which you like eg ...fishing, boating, hiking ,backpacking, snorkerling,下棋, yam cha, or doing some volunteer work...etc.

5.) Set aside liquid cash of around $30k in case of emergency.

6.)You can retire at most of the countries mentioned above at a fraction of what it cost in singapore, leading a slow, carefree and happy lifestyle. Presently, with a budget of $700/monthly in thailand and china is around $500/monthly is able to allow you live quite comfortably. Try to blend in with the locals eating street food, shopping at wet market, learn their culture n speak their langauge.
