When a new season starts in August for most leagues, we should wait the first two rounds of each league and see, what the bookies offer. Could be small changes. New players and trainers in each club. Single teams could play more forward or now be better in defence. Depends on trainers and their systems. New teams have promoted to each league and we have to see how good they are (Do the favourites smash them or do they have a chance?)
I think their will be small changes but most of the 3 Tiers will remain.

I can tell you more about when the new seasons start.
Will keep the 3 Tiers updated for you guys.

Nowhere. You have to collect the goallines the bookies offer for every league every week and write them down. That's how I got mine. Took me quite some time. You can request a 3 Tier in here and I may help you.

Do you guys have any updates on the 3 Tiers for ongoing leagues? I'm referring here to:

Spanish Primera
Spanish Segunda
England Premier League
England Championship
England League 1
England League 2
French Ligue 1
French Ligue 2
Belgian Jupiler League
Belgian Belgacom League
Israel First League
Italian Serie A
Italian Serie B
Australian A League
Cyprus First League
Greece Super League
Morocco First League
Northern Ireland Premiership
Portugal First League
Portugal Second League
Mexico Primera
Scotland Premier League
Scotland 1st Division
Scotland 2nd Division
Scotland 3rd Division
Wales Premier League

I have tried to calculate them with the following example:

Spanish Primera
17 rounds
485 goals scored
10 matches/round

This means a total of ~ 2.85 goals per match (485 divided by 17 and then divided again by 10).

So I assumed that the 3 Tier for Spanish Primera is 2.5, 2.75, 3. For teams like Barcelona or Real, it is higher. Is this calculation OK? If yes, I can make the calculations and update all the leagues. If there's a different way to calculate this, if bro Klavier or bro Villapark would share the method, I will gladly update all the leagues.

This update would be very good since bro Klavier's methods brought many people here nice money and it would be great if we can reanimate all the lessons and make profits in the detriment of the bookies.

this method of reasoning is also useful in betting basketball as well.

btw, u should be using this method to bet on handicaps rather than total goal.
