this 3 month in RWS lost 40 over k and still in debt with bank for 20 over k cash plus and credit card debt. i go rws orchid room and level two maxim. really damn sian... now really no money watch also pawn. sad depress... dun know how to go through . what my next move.. go also die, didnt go also die (no money to pay debt etc)

I stopped going RWS & MBS automatically without imposing self-ban.

Nowaday even MBO PR Manager invited me to join their Paiza Club memberships, I just tell them it is not necessary Smile

If u treat gambling seriously, the chances is u will NEVER win !! Why ? Gamblers ALWAYS lost at the end of the day. U won 5k today, tomoro u think u want to win another 10k & won, the following day u think u want to win another 20k & quit but ended losing 20k instead .... in the end u still overall lost 5k !!! That is what is written on the wall for gamblers who never quit !!!


Take it easy. If u have a steady job and needs to gamble just for the fun & thrill of the game u like, just bet 1/100 of the amount u earned. That way u won't lost that much. Morever if u bet small amount chances is u may win cos no pressure. Luck also plays a very important part. If no luck stop IMMEDIATELY and just watch the TV.

  		My experience, RWS fengshui is more feirce than MBS, from the day they start feb 14 till now, initially me and some frds won, however later on they did some renovations, thats where the time they start the big kill.U guys notice, the maxim and crockford club , gamblers are getting lesser, also the mainhall.Cos go 10 times lost 11 times. MBS is nothing better too.Self control.Win must run if not end of the day will lose back everything.Gambling can be fun, also can kill.

  		recently i got to know, my semi retired uncle and auntie bot annual entry, and have been goin to rw since last month. overall they have been winning. their limit each day is S$500 (per pax).
mainly playing carribean poker, baccurat..

uncle hit flush the 1st time he play carribean (this is wat he told me) payout S$30k.
since then, he's stuck with carribean poker. he have won on 4 of a kind, full house, triples.... of coz there times where he/both lose. but overall they are still positive.

1) wat i learnt from him, do set limits for win and lose.
there's always a best game, espically, baccurat, where u gotta place that "surewin" bet. think again, if u stay on a bit more, there will be more of such sure win bets.
so, control is very important.

2) play to win, not play on impulse
as mentioned earlier, definatly got "surewin" game. but if you have hit your limit.
stop, rest or return some other time...sometime when we hit a losing streak, we might thin of "showhand bet" to win everythin back... i'm quite against this.

3) stop when u hit limit
if win/lose your target, stop. walk away and rest.
dun keep thinkin of how you could have won, when u should have stop, blahblahblah...
you are just thinkin of thing that happened in the past, where u can't change..

4) never bet till the last $. be it in your bank/pocket/salary/winnings/milk $
always be in control of your emotion. dun thin that the last showhand bet can turn "salted fish to life".... if u r in that kinda sitaution, u'r screwed. pls stop b4 it's too late. lose or win, once you hit your limit, jus stop. there's always another day.

5) it's a known fact that there'r games with higher winning percentage. but it's those games where the casino earns the most as well. look at baccurat, it's suppose to be the higest winning percentage, but there'r so many ppl that fall into the pit and never got the chance to look back, until it's too late.
i'll say, watever games suits you, that's your game.
it could be jackpot, roulette, BJ, baccurat...watever, or mixed...

my uncle bets $25 each bet on carribean poker.
at times he will fold on 2 pair or 4 pair, if he thinks dealer might have picture pair... most of the time he made the correct decision...
it's luck + skill + experience...

i'll most probally buy annual entry by yearend.
my target winning each day will be S$50, with bankroll of S$100 each day.

  		I though I have strong will power and discipline. I know how the casino works and how it earn its huge profits. I know the casino is not for the weak minded. We are all humans and we have weaknesses. It just takes a moment of human weakness to finish you off in the casino even if you were strong for the past few months or weeks.

I aim to make 1k a day at the casino when I started. For a cool 25 days I was really making 1k a day and up to 25k total. I brought in 2k. I played only baccarat and sic bo. I paid the levy and went in and once I made my "pay" which was 1k I will leave. I though I have strong willpower and discipline but who knows a moment of human weakness is all it takes to kill me. During the duration of 25 days at MBS, they gave me membership after 2 weeks and all that cause I was there everyday.

Sometimes I made my 1k in 1 hr, the fastest record time i did was in 10 mins. I walked in i saw a baccarat table and it opened player 4 times I had a hunch it will open player again so I placed 1k and I made 1k and then I went to cage and cash it out ignoring all the other tables. I though I have a system going in my mind already or this was what I think.

Fast forward 25 days I made 25k and I took 5 days rest to enjoy with my gf. I returned to the casino after the 5 days and this time I was suddenly up 3k with my initial 2k capital that I was bring. A moment of human weakness took over me and i went berserk. In baccarat and in 15 mins i lost 5k. I went nuts and i drove home took all my winnings out from my drawer and went back. In 1 hour i lost 25k.

Went home took a shower and rest. Didn't tell my gf what happened. Couldn't sleep kept thinking of all the $ i wasted and why was I so foolish didn't follow my initial plan as always. Next morning come 8am took a shower, went to bank withdraw 30k and in my mind to recoup. Reached casino at 9am, sat down at baccarat table. Followed this uncle who seems to be lucky streak with 100k worth of 5k chips on his table. When 1015am was already up 41k. Look at the watch thinking to play till 1030, cash out my winnings and go to work at 11am. This time i should already stand up, take back my card and cash out at the cage but I didn't do so cause I feel i can at least kill back the casino now and ride on the uncle and my luck.

Placed the next game 5k, lose, 10k, lose .. for the next 2 games all lose. Down to my last 14k. Last ditch attempt hammered again 10k lose. A moment of human weakness took over me and i went berserk. In baccarat and in 15 mins i lost 5k. I went nuts and i drove home took all my winnings out from my drawer and went back. In 1 hour i lost 25k.

Went home took a shower and rest. Didn't tell my gf what happened. Couldn't sleep kept thinking of all the $ i wasted and why was I so foolish didn't follow my initial plan as always. Next morning come 8am took a shower, went to bank withdraw 30k and in my mind to recoup. Reached casino at 9am, sat down at baccarat table. Followed this uncle who seems to be lucky streak with 100k worth of 5k chips on his table. When 1015am was already up 41k. Look at the watch thinking to play till 1030, cash out my winnings and go to work at 11am. This time i should already stand up, take back my card and cash out at the cage but I didn't do so cause I feel i can at least kill back the casino now and ride on the uncle and my luck.

Placed the next game 5k, lose, 10k, lose .. for the next 2 games all lose. Down to my last 14k. Last ditch attempt hammered again 10k lose. Uncle still got chips on table he was like 5k 10k a hand like me but I was gone. Asked for my card back, took the 4k chips in hand and was in a daze. Walked pass a sic bo table, placed last 4k on it for big, opened 145 small. I finally woke up after losing all my chips. Walked out of casino back into my car loss for words and went abit crazy. Called gf told her and got a big scolding. From then on I told myself, the money u win is invaluable to you but the money you lose is extra painful. And in the long run, you cannot escape the law of statistics and the house always win.

  		go casino for fun but not make it everyday habbit. lost too much, take a break. dont think u can win lost money by playing and playing. if losing too much, more possibility losing more if keep playing cuz cant concentrate and only thinking of winning. no strategy anymore.

also, dont bet your whole life like making loan for gambling. it will ruin your life and cannot redeem back.

discipline is also necessary. if u set ur limit, make sure to follow...

I once had won about 10 k and decided to stop..
But even a simple journey from my table to the cashier,cause me to lose back 1/2 within 10mins....walked past afew tables and found them to be kinda sure win and place...total 3 bets and lost all..
If only i had just walked straight but then again,i am very sure alot bros here face the (If Only) and 早知道不要赌 theory before...
always set a target,and leave.

bro i also go into this dazed/tranced mode after losing...it's the deadliest moment in gambling coz you lose your confidence, a buzzing sound comes to your ear, you feel nauseaus...plus you lose sense of direction. This is the time you tend to bet big to recover fast. But it's the easiest time for you to lose. How many times veterans have told me not pump when you are losing, only pump when you are winning..but i guess humans are impatient..like most of us.

I don't i have the authority to advice, but the only thing i can contribute is....1st. " Never bring credit card/ ATM 2nd Must entrust money to your wife or GF ( so that they can really control you) 3rd. Put a reward system in your play. e.g. If you win, reward yourself with something..like a watch. Give a tax levy to your parents/wife/GF. When you lose or you exceed your planned playing time, penalize yourself of limitations to visit casino, or penalized yourself by lessening your capital...it's like a self-imposed penalty. You need your wife or GF to help you on this. If this works, please post it so i will feel better. Goodluck guys.

  		I am in Shenzhen, so I visit Macau quite often, 2~3times per mth and I had learn a few things when visiting a casino.

In a Casino, a few rules must imposed to oneself:

1) Like most bros mentioned, set Win/Lost LIMITs, this is very very important. No limits is sure died.

2) Change tables when lose 3 hands in a row at a table. Must be very focus and clear minded, DO not let emotion gets over you. Remember, a gambler is playing against himself. For the dealer, he does not feels anything at all. not his $$$ concerns, his only and only 1 duty is to deal the cards. 1 thing is for sure, Change dealer, change tables, there will be change of luck.

I play for the fun of gaming, so my capital is low, like 1k only, and there was once i was down 3k, and I changed 3 casinos, and i fought back and won 500. I end the day

3) Must have very good self control, it is not easy! Human is very very emotional, therefore, really must self control. DO NOT let the games affect you.

4) Remember, there is another day to fight back. Do not think this is your last hand or last dollar for betting. It's very very difficult to pull yourself away from the table, but you MUST do it!!

5) Personally I preferred Blackjack, b'cos you can surrender, by surrendering 2 hands, you saved 1 hand for fighting back the lost hand! By surrendering 2 bad hands, you had a chance to buy a very good hands!

6) Between RWS and MBS, MBS games rule for Blackjack is better, you can double down on any cards on your hand, this gives me more chances. I Banned RWS also b'cos of the burn card in every hand. This gives the house more edge.

Bear them in mind.
